Return Policy

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been shipped or entered the production process.
If the cancellation request is approved before the package is dispatched, the full order amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Once the order has already been shipped out, cancellation will no longer be available.

Returns
Return requests may be submitted within 14 days after the product has been delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must remain unused and in its original condition.
The product must be returned together with its original packaging.
A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

Please do not send the product back before contacting customer support. Return instructions must be issued first and followed accordingly.
Customers will not be charged more than one shipping fee in total, which may include the original shipping fee and return shipping fee when applicable.
No restocking fee will be charged for returned products.

Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and checked, you will receive an email confirming that the return has been processed.
You will also be notified whether your refund request has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued back to the original payment method, usually within several business days depending on the payment provider.

Delayed or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not appeared yet:

Please check your bank account once again.
Contact your card provider, as refund posting may take several days.
Contact your bank, since processing times may differ.

Return Shipping
Once the return request is approved, detailed instructions will be provided.
For returns caused by customer preference or other customer-related reasons, the customer may need to cover the return shipping cost.
For damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items, return shipping costs will be covered.
