FAQ – Orders & Store Policies
How to Place an Order
Choose the products you want and add them to your shopping cart.
Continue to checkout using either the regular checkout method or PayPal.
Enter your email address, full name, and delivery address.
If you have a promo code, type it into the Discount box before continuing.
Verify your shipping address → add payment details → select Complete Order.
An order confirmation will appear on the screen and will also be sent by email. Support: service@vigorafiit.com
Wrong or Missing Products
Please contact support and include:
Order number
A photo under 1MB showing the problem
Once confirmed, the correct products will be shipped without additional charges. Email: service@vigorafiit.com
Order Confirmation
Please check your inbox for your order confirmation and order number. If it is not visible, review your spam or junk folder.
Order Changes
Order updates may be requested before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the same purchase day. After that time, processing may already begin. Contact: service@viirelle.com
Cart Management
Add items: Choose product options → Add to Cart
View cart: Select the cart icon
Update quantity: Change the number in the Quantity box
Delete item: Select Remove
Supported Browsers
For best results, use updated versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge/IE.
Accepted Payments
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay.
Using PayPal
Choose PayPal → sign in → approve payment → return to confirmation page.
Using Promo Codes
Enter your discount code → select Apply → discount appears in the order total.

Cancellation Rules
